Shipping & Returns
Please note: we are not currently shipping all products to destinations in the continental U.S. and Canada with a few exceptions. Thank you for your order. Please note for any orders shipped to International destinations: we won't be responsible once the order is released to the shipper. The risk of loss or damage is transferred to you "the buyer" once the delivery is made to the carrier. Please check your Country, State, or other laws, and regulations prior to placing an order for International Delivery.

Any order will now be shipped requiring an "Adult Signature" for delivery. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for the package deliveries. thank you
All orders shipped via USPS First Class (Retail Customers only) unless other choices are made during checkout.
Wholesale customers only; Priority shipping charge will be added to your order at time of shipping, after checkout.
International Shipping addresses: if your country is not listed as an available shipping destination, we do not ship direct to your country at this time. Currently we are shipping to limited International Destinations.
If you prefer Priority Shipping or Express Shipping, please choose the applicable "Shipping Upgrade" and add it to your shopping cart, also please add your preferences in the "comment" section when placing order.
For "Gift" orders that are being shipped to someone else, please add a note in the "comment" section during order checkout.
Shipper responsibility: Please understand LJ's will process and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, once the order is transferred to the Shipping company we have little control over the delivery. Please ensure the appropriate "Delivery Address" has been chosen. Unfortunately we are unable to replace or re-ship orders delivered incorrectly or damaged by the shipping company. Please choose or request "shipping insurance" at the time of placing your order if this is a concern. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.
Return Policy. Due to sanitary concerns for certain products, we at LJ's E-Smokes have a NO RETURN policy for All Products. Individual Products may have manufacturer warranties. Please contact the manufacturers direct for any warranty issues.
