Shipping & Returns

Please note: we are currently shipping all products to destinations in the continental U.S. and Canada with a few exceptions. Canadian customers: we ship all items except E-liquid containing nicotine. We can ship "no-nicotine" E-liquid" to Canada. Thank you for your order. Please note for any orders shipped to International destinations: we won't be responsible once the order is released to the shipper. The risk of loss or damage is transferred to you "the buyer" once the delivery is made to the carrier. Please check your Country, State, or other laws, and regulations prior to placing an order for International Delivery.

Current Shipping Info:

Any order with an item containing nicotine (liquids, etc...) will now be shipped requiring an "Adult Signature" for delivery. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for the package deliveries. thank you

All orders shipped via USPS First Class (Retail Customers only) unless other choices are made during checkout.

Wholesale customers only; Priority shipping charge will be added to your order at time of shipping, after checkout.

If you prefer Priority Shipping or Express Shipping, please choose the applicable "Shipping Upgrade" and add it to your shopping cart, also please add your preferences in the "comment" section when placing order.

For "Gift" orders that are being shipped to someone else, please add a note in the "comment" section during order checkout.

Return Policy. Due to sanitary concerns for certain products, we at LJ's E-Smokes  have a NO RETURN policy for All Products, E-Liquid, Pre-Filled Cartridges, Cartomizers, and all other E-Cig related products. Individual Products may have manufacturer warranties. Please contact the manufacturers direct for any warranty issues.
